I remember it like yesterday when we incorporated the predecessor of CES-Crews in 1999. Ah, the good old days:
Something else I was doing back then was working with CES-Crews co-founder Chuck Yanikoski and Alok Mehta at a technology company I co-founded outside of Boston: American Financial Systems (AFS-link.com).
Alok has since earned his PhD in computer science and most recently worked at a hedge fund in Chicago. He is also a proud father of three and a World Champion Racquetball player, most recently representing team India in the World Championships in August of 2018. For more about Dr. Mehta check out his LinkedIn page.
We are thrilled he is driving our new systems development area.
At CES-Crews it's all about helping users discern their best option when their plan is terminating, while helping plan sponsors comply with a changing regulatory landscape. We plan for our systems to make bigger impacts as we move the user experience forward for the millions of participants that will be faced with such elections in the years to come.
As the new decade opens we are also pleased to debut our new website: CESCrews.com with a new Participant Services focus. Why the emphasis on the participants? Because they need the help - and plan sponsors are benefited greatly by the effort. No other firm is so focused.
So, look for us to innovate in 2020 with new systems and services, and for our partners to reach new levels of capabilities for their clients.
And excuse us as we celebrate like it's 1999.
